OVERLAY
Overlays are just as they sound a layer of asphalt on top of your existing parking lot. First we start with milling all the transition areas and curb lines, then sweep the surface and apply tack oil for maximum adhesion. Then pave new lift at 1” to 2” of hot asphalt and roll for optimum compaction. This gives you a fresh smooth surface that adds instant curb appeal.

RECLAIMING AND TEAR OUT
Reclaiming is an environmentally friendly option that consists of milling the entire parking lot down to the base and hauling the millings to the asphalt plant where it is used to make new asphalt. With the base exposed we can sub cut any soft areas and re-grade the base for proper drainage. We then offer many options for the reinstallation of the new parking lot including different lift options and different specs of asphalt all of which depend on your specific use of your parking lot.

Tearing out the existing asphalt is an option as well, that consists of removing the parking lot in large chunks with heavy equipment and hauling away to dispose of. Then repairing and grading the base as necessary. Then installing new hot mix asphalt in a spec that best fits your needs for your lot.

We offer complete new construction services including installing new storm sewer, curb and gutter, site prep and grading; then installation of parking lot in specified asphalt and lift configuration.
